Graduated with Valedictorian Honors from the Florida Academy, Nationally Certified through the NCBTMB, Certified Lymph Drainage Therapist through the MLD Institute of Dr. Robert Lerner, Clinical Aesthetics Diploma from Bonita Springs School of Massage and Skincare.

I absolutely love what I do!  My philosophy is: anything that we can do optimize our health and appearance naturally will have a profound positive impact on our lives and the lives of our families.  With the world around us abound with stress and illness, it is plain to see that we must make some changes if we are going to live happy and fullfilled lives.  The statistics are clear and staggering that most of the diseases that are so prevalent today are stress and diet related.  The good news is that with the right changes those diseases can be prevented.  I am excited to be a catalyst for sharing this way of life with any and all who would like to make a change.
