Jacqueline Agar

Jacqueline, a Professional Massage Therapist and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts, graduated at the top of her class from the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage. She began her career working in drug prevention with homeless and runaway youth, where she was deeply involved in crisis response and advocacy. During that time, she founded a nonprofit organization focused on SA PREVENTION education for teens and adults, a mission she led for over a decade. These early experiences ignited a passion for trauma-informed care and ultimately inspired her to transition into massage and energy work.

In 2024, Jacque was awarded the SILVER MEDAL in Western Freestyle Massage at the Michigan Massage Championship. In 2025, she proudly served on the judging team for the Michigan Massage Championship, helping to elevate the standards of excellence in bodywork across the region.

Jacque’s practice is grounded in a nervous system-informed approach, recognizing that true healing happens when the body feels safe and supported. Her sessions are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs, creating space for the body to unwind, the mind to settle, and the nervous system to reset.

Jacque also holds a 2nd Degree Black Sash in Tai Chi, a discipline that enriches her work with mindfulness, flow, and a deep respect for the body’s subtle energy systems. Outside the treatment room, she continues to give back by volunteering with local youth programs and advocacy organizations, including Free Mom Hugs.
