I am a Certified Advanced Rolfer®️ also known as a Rolf Method of Structural Integration Practitioner and a Native Texan! I trained with one of Dr Ida Rolf's first students and teacher, Peter Melchior, at the original Guild for Structural Integration. I am also an Honorary Member of the Dr Ida Rolf Institute (DIRI) as well as the International Association of Structural Integrators (IASI). I am an 'old school' traditional Rolfer®️ in that I take new clients through an initial set of ten sessions called the Rolfing 10 Series. This series is designed to address problem areas by systematically manipulating the fascia to better align the whole body's structure from head to toe. Each session has its own goals and focus on specific segments of the body with the aim being more structural integrity, better muscle efficiency, feeling lighter and a sense of effortless posture. Rolfing sessions are highly interactive as I apply pressure while the client is lying in various positions as well as sometimes sitting or standing while instructing slow guided movements.

With clients who have already been through this series I can do what are called Post-10 or Tune-up sessions which focus on the structural issues at hand as well as aiming to leave the client as balanced as possible within each individual session.

My fee is $170 per session paid by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. I also take Flex Spending and all credit cards but with a 3% added fee. I schedule my own appointments for each office. Please call or text for more info and feel free to ask any questions.
