Heidi has been in healthcare for over 20 years. Her passion for healing led her to become a massage therapist in 2006 and a Reiki practitioner in 2007. Since then, Heidi has received her Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Health and Wellness. She is a proud Registered Nurse. She has numerous certifications in various modalities of complimentary care, including Sound therapy and Crystal therapy. She is a Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher and Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) practitioner. She believes in combining therapies for healing the whole person. She caters every session to meet your individual therapeutic needs. She embraces the body, mind and soul connection.

Swedish Relaxation Massage: This therapeutic massage combines a variety of gentle long, flowing strokes along with kneading techniques. Using light to medium pressure, this is perfect for overall relaxation or if you are trying massage for the first time. Heated towels and aromatherapy may be used to enhance your relaxation.

You may choose to add Reiki or chakra balancing to enhance your relaxation.

Reiki: Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace Karuna Reiki®. This session begins with you lying on the massage table with your clothes on. A guided mediation helps you unwind as hands are placed on and off the body directing healing energy. Reiki energy promotes physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Reiki is not a religion, it is universal life force energy. This energy is gentle, pure and powerful. Pure bliss!
