Heather Fraelick

Heather Fraelick is a Chicago based Licensed Massage Therapist and Pain Management Specialist the Wicker Park neighborhood.  

With over 11 years of massage therapy experience and over 17 years of professional dance and movement education experience, she brings forth a blend of bodywork modalities to tailor each session to meet your individual needs. 

Heather believes that every person has their own needs and it is of most importance to hear where they are coming from, because of this, she draws from assisted stretching, Deep Tissue, the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, Swedish massage and Trigger Point Therapy techniques to create sessions that are tailored to each individual client. Many of her clients are those experiencing chronic pain, neck and shoulder injuries, headaches, low back pain and plantar fascitis.  

If needed, she also provides Pre-Natal Massage to expectant mothers as well as Reflexology and Craniosacral Therapy as additional treatments to enhance one's overall well-being.

During your time together, you will have an opportunity to heal and restore yourself while learning stretches and self care techniques for you to practice at home so you can carry a sense of restoration and wellbeing outside of session and into your everyday life.
