I am a liscensed and Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner. I've work in a medical setting for years and have experience working with many conditions, including but not limited to stroke, carpal tunnel, neck & back pain, headaches, stress, ADHD, Autism, emotional stress, chronic pain and much more. I pride myself on being personable and professional and I am always sharing information on health and wellness to help take care of the mind, body & spirit. I also teach many workshops on stress management and host a weekly meditation group. I've been trained in modalities such as orthapedic assesment, Shiatsu, spa treatments, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, elder massage, spa treatment, spiritual development and much more. I am continually continuing my education to keep up to date on the latest protocols and absolutely love what I do. I would love to work with you!
