Being happy and healthy is possible.  You can actually get relief, restore function, and choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life.  Once you realize it's a choice, and a process of change and growth,  you can choose a guide and begin your journey.

I am Elizabeth Field, LMT.  I have been on the path of change and growth since 1977 and have been helping others experience their own happy body since 2002.

I practice MFR.  MFR is an exceptionally effective method of body work.  I will use it to support and heal your body and offer you key insights and self-care practices to become and stay happy.

Receiving care and learning to care for yourself can improve your relationships, build your community, enhance your professional pursuits and give you an overall sense of purpose and connection.

Using physical activities, creative arts, relationship and self care practices and strategies, I will help you shift your habits, your physical health, your emotional wellbeing, your belief system, and ultimately your life.
