I'm dedicated to providing a quality therapeutic experience every time! Massage is much more than relaxation, so why not attack those chronic or acute issues while relaxing? I believe you can have both. This can include deep tissue (but doesn't have to) and often requires other techniques to release fully without adding pain.

I have a passion for helping bodies feel the best they can. My specialty is taking your specific problems and using many different massage modalities and tools to provide pain relief as well as improve function and ROM. Along the way, providing education of stretches, foam rolling and ball release techniques, if desired, which will increase prolonged benefits. I have over 15 years experience with workers compensation as well as private clientele. I utilize a strong understanding of anatomy and how the body works, mixed with compassion and understanding of day to day life stresses and how it affects the physical.
