Hi! I’m Charlene, a therapeutic massage specialist who believes that lasting relief and deep relaxation happen when the body feels truly supported. My work combines therapeutic massage, Heatwave Cupping (a unique combination of hot stones and cupping), and a nervous-system-focused approach to help your body release tension, reset, and restore balance.

I started my career at Brookside Cove, focusing on pain relief and therapeutic programs for clients with persistent tension or injuries. There, I developed my signature Heatwave Cupping series, which blends hot stone therapy, cupping, and targeted massage to create lasting change over a series of sessions. I now bring this experience to Head to Sole, where I continue to create an atmosphere of calm, intentional care — whether you’re looking for stress relief, recovery from tension, or simply a place to unwind.

I approach each session with slowness and intention, reading your body’s needs and adjusting touch, pressure, and techniques to support what your body is asking for at the moment. I recommend sessions based on your unique goals, whether it’s a single reset, a weekly series, or ongoing maintenance.

When I’m not helping clients feel their best, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, exploring wellness trends, and finding small ways to create comfort and restoration in everyday life.
