Massage therapy is more than a service to me, it’s a calling. I believe the body holds our stories, our stress, our grief, and our joy, and when we create a safe space for it to release, true healing can begin.

As a licensed massage therapist, I approach each session with intuition, presence, and respect for where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically. No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions should be either. Whether you are seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from stress or injury, or simply craving deep rest, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.

My practice is rooted in compassion, consent, and connection. I blend therapeutic techniques with mindful touch to help restore balance, ease pain, and support your nervous system.
