I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology School in Southfield, MI in May 2009. While at Irene’s, I studied many massage modalities including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage as well as Pre-Natal, Labor and Infant Massage.

As your massage therapist, I will listen carefully to your needs and bring compassion, skill and intuition to every session, creating an individualized massage with a variety of techniques that is most effective for you at this time in your life.

I am an advocate for massage and believe in its significant ability to relieve physical, mental and emotional stress. Massage allows for time to relax and reflect on ourselves, which brings about a new layer of awareness and balance in both mind and body. Frequent massage therapy is an excellent form of self-care and when used as a preventative measure it can help cure what ails you.
