I have been blessed to work with many individuals and families as they strive for balance and health in their lives. I look forward to speaking with you about somatic therapy and how it can benefit your chronic pain. When we work with mind, body and energy, we heal the whole being. My private practice is located in Littleton, Colorado inside Littleton Yoga Center. Most clients seek my work for therapeutic muscular work and somatic balancing. All sessions are customized to what you need, with intention, you will receive quality bodywork and connect deeper to your mindbody in a relaxed setting.  Sessions will include techniques such as Therapeutic Massage, Reiki Energy Healing, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Body Centered Therapy, Meditation, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology.  All 60 or 90 minute sessions will be focused on providing relief for chronic pain, in the physical body and for a balanced emotional state. 

In 2015 Nomadic Wellness also became a mobile wellness company, sending massage and bodywork professionals to private events, weekend retreats, in office and team building events.
