Hi, I'm Erica, formerly with Mind Body and Soul Wellness Center in Roseville, MN. I've called my new business "Heartspark! Bodywork for the Mind and Spirit", and for those of you that I've seen at MBS or Roseville Acupuncture & Massage, I still work in the same building, just turn left when you come in!
I believe that massage can affect more than the body, but that the mind also needs a chance to relax and heal. That brings our Spirit into better alignment which creates a wholeness that we can feel into our very center of being. When the body is relieved of pain and aches the whole being also is destressed and healthier!
I've had great success helping relieve the pain of migraines/headaches and plantar fasciitis.
My favorite massage is a combination of craniosacral, myofascial release and massage along with reiki energy work and aromatherapy when needed. I also love working with animals as an Animal Communicator and also a healer. I provide this care for your amazing pets, email for details!
