Therapeutic Massage

Using a combination of expert technique and intuitive touch, my massage sessions are designed to target your specific areas of concern. I offer two primary styles:

· Swedish Massage: The perfect treatment for ultimate relaxation and stress relief. This gentle, flowing style uses long strokes and kneading to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and create a state of deep calm. Ideal for your first massage or for maintaining overall wellness.
· Deep Tissue Massage: This technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is highly effective for chronic pain, muscle tightness, and rehabilitating muscle injury. While more focused and intense than Swedish, the pressure is always communicative and respectful of your comfort level.

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful, Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. During a session, I use a light touch (or hands hovering just above the body) to channel universal life force energy to you. This helps to:

· Reduce stress and anxiety
· Promote deep relaxation
· Clear energetic blockages
· Support the body's natural healing abilities
· Restore emotional and mental balance

Reiki is a wonderful complement to massage or a perfect standalone treatment for those seeking energetic alignment and mental clarity.
