With massage, we systematically relax the muscles, release the tension and stress of the body and mind, cresting a renewed sense of well-being.

With my background in movement and body awareness as a dance educator, I know that if my body doesn't feel good, I don't feel good, that listening to my body is the first step to healing, and that taking care of my body is taking care of me. I know the importance of freedom of movement. Massage is an excellent step to creating a sense of well-being .
