Denise Lanigan

Welcome!  I am Denise Lanigan.  

My specialties are rehabilitative massage and pain management.  These involve the assessment of the soft tissue dysfunction causing pain and assisting the body in correcting that dysfunction.  I incorporate techniques from many massage modalities, including: Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (Trigger Point Therapy), Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Anatomy Trains, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Workplace Chair Massage.

I also do pregnancy massage, raindrop therapy, and some reflexology. 

Hot Stone Massage - I use hot stones in almost all of my massages - it adds heat to the tissue and is extremely relaxing and enjoyable.
