The following is a list of the modalities that are used at various times throughout any massage: swedish/esalen, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, acupressure, thai yoga massage, hot stone, lomi lomi, reiki, cranial sacral, jin shin jyutsu, prenatal, lymphatic, and reflexology from five different leading massage schools in the bay area.
