"Welcome to Mid-Cities Massage Centre. I want to make your massage experience an enjoyable as well as therapeutic one. Whether you want a simple relaxation massage, spa experience or need some specific bodywork, I am here to help you if at all possible.
I am trained in many different modalities, including deep tissue, spa, trigger point, reflexology and several others.
Wellness comes in many forms. Physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual all go hand-in-hand to help create a whole. Although I am not trained in the spiritual and psychological aspects, I do know that massage can help on all levels by opening the physical and emotional forms to assist the remainders on differing levels.
