Recognizing that "healthy" is not a static state, honoring you and your present state of wellness, we customize our approach to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being, addressing patterns of stress or other dis-ease in the body/mind through hands on bodywork and complementary arts. 

Conscius Vita is a multi-disciplined healing arts practice weaving complementary theories on dietary wellness, lifestyle practice, massage and bodywork, vacuum cupping, herbal kitchen medicine and traditional wisdom, meditation, and movement. Each session received is unique.
