Not Knotted Now invites you to experience therapeutic massage for relaxation as well as trauma and or injury recovery.  The basic menu items offered are; Swedish massage for relaxation and increased immune system performance, and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy for increased flexibility, intervention and recovery from injury, repetitive stress syndromes, or chronic pain management.  Your session is customized using these foundational therapies in addition to cranio-sacral, manual lymph drainage, and multiple energy or balance techniques to assist in your healing experience.
