My bodywork specializes in providing relief from pain and the effects of stress, recuperation from surgery and injuries, restoring flexibility, and quieting the mind. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and preferences and may incorporate techniques from deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, Reiki, trigger point, Thai, sports, and medical massage.
