Christine Tauer

During each session you can expect Christine to apply a variety of specialty techniques including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Thai, Reflexology, Swedish, Myofascial, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi to point you in the direction towards better health.She will integrate these techniques that she has perfected over the past seven years with traditional Hawaiian style (Lomi Lomi) massage training to create an atmosphere of extreme calm and tranquility.

In addition to full body Lomi Lomi forearm techniques, Christine will gradually ease into tissue and fascia, proceeding to work each individual muscle specifically until it has released. Christine has found that use of multiple and varying techniques in each massage therapy session is the most effective treatment for her clients.
