Christina Page

Christina is a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist, Yoga Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her Master of Science in Yoga Therapy at Maryland University of Integrative Health and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology. 

She offers her teachings and practices to help others align body, mind, and spirit to enhance and support physical and psychological well being.

She is committed to ensuring each client is respected and supported in a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship.

She is passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and stays up to date with continuing education and membership within the following professional organizations:

• International Association of Yoga Therapists
• Yoga Alliance
• Associated Bodywork and Massage professionals
• National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

 

 

The yoga therapy components of my practice are based on my completion of a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a program which is accredited by the Accreditation Committee of the International Association of Yoga Therapies, approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, and from a university accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, not derived from my status as an RYT® with Yoga Alliance Registry.
