I specialize in repetitive-use injuries in the athletic world community on the high school, college, and elite levels.
I have developed and published a manual and DVD called "Onsite Bodywork for the Athlete" which is a blend of Trigger Point Therapy combined with Thai Yoga Massage Therapy. This blend I have coined "TriggerThai". I teach this particular bodywork at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido and Laguna Hills, California.
