As a massage therapist my mission is to provide you with service that will help you reach your goals and expectations. Taking the time to get to know each of my clients' unique situations is what enables me to provide an effective bodywork session, whether its to increase athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, or relaxation.  I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal and relaxation massage, and have the ability to adapt my sessions to my client's needs.

I am passionate about connecting with my clients and providing qualitative results through the healing power of massage. I've worked with a variety of people including marathon runners, crossfit athletes, auto injuries, expectant mothers, service members, and those who just need help reducing stress.
