Catherine Christy

Catherine is a licensed massage therapist along with holding a B.A. in Health Promotion and M.A. in Community Health Education.  She is certified as a Myoskeletal Alignment Specialist in upper body, lower body, posture and pain.  She is trained in advanced neural reset therapy, deep tissue, spinal reflex therapy, swedish massage, hot stone, warm bamboo stick massage, reflexology, raindrop technique essential oil massage, and more.  Catherine is also certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor.  She is also certified through YogaFit as a Level III yoga Instructor.
