Carrie Kamish, Licensed Massage Therapist

I am graduate from Minnesota School of Business with an AAS Degree in Massage Therapy that is comprised of 1215 hours of training. I have been helping heal others since 2010. My style incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial Release techniques. I also do Prenatal Massage and Lymph Drainage. I am always excited to learn new techniques and plan to further my knowledge in other modalities. I feel massage therapy is essential to a happier, healthier, pain free life. Helping clients  feel relief from their pain, physically and mentally is always my goal with each session. I feel the best part of being a massage therapist is experiencing tissue release, whether its on her table or seeing improvement after a few sessions. I works on all kinds of clients. Some that have been as young as 4 and as old as 88. I am currently working with many personal injury clients who have been in auto accidents. My interest in massage began at a young age after experiencing the effect of massage and how the nervous system reacts. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors and staying active.
