Carrie Koester, CMT

Carrie is dedicated to helping you overcome obstacles, reach toward your goals, and step into the vision of who you wish to be.  Through massage, yoga, Pilates, emotional intelligence coaching, and strategic life design, she teaches deep relaxation, resilience, self-study, psycho-somatic movement, and core-strength based exercise.

Some sessions with Carrie are nourishing and relaxing, while others are focused on progress and gaining clarity.  Most sessions will be a blend somewhere between the two.  Each sessions is designed with you at, or before your appointment.

Carrie has been studying health and wellness since 1997.  With a bachelor’s degree in Health Arts and Sciences, 2 yoga certifications (500+hours), Stott Pilates instructor training, extensive training in Swedish and Thai Massage, and 10 years of personal growth and emotional wellbeing training, she comes to each session with over a decade of experience, fun and engaging modalities, and a kind heart.
