Candice Taylor

Candice began her career in health and wellness in 2000. She holds certifications by the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer and group fitness, she is also a spinning instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics. She graduated from Pensacola State’s Massage program in 2012. She is also a 200-hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance. She was a master trainer with Yogafit training systems for 3 years, traveling the country teaching others the fundamentals of being a Yoga instructor. Her influences include Rolf Gates, Leeann Carey, Stephanie Adams, Beth Marik and Chrys Cub. Through her passion for yoga, fitness and massage she offers a great blend to her sessions. She currently teaches restorative yoga, and flow yoga classes as well as private therapeutic yoga. She has worked with clients from all walks of life, from beginners to tri-athletes.
