Brad Lecraw has been involved in fitness/wellness for over 20 years. Brad went on to further his education at Santa Monica College, Kali Institute for Massage & Somatic Therapies and Active Release Techniques®. Brad Lecraw Health & Performance, Specialize in Active Release Techniques, Deep Tissue, and Corrective Exercises. Restoring the body back to health. Today, Brad continues his education by attending current seminars and workshops on all areas of health and fitness.  He is passionate about scientific study, research education, and practical application.
