In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am also a graduate of Kripalu School of Ayurveda.  As a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, I am able to provide diet and lifestyle regimens for my clients to feel energized, establish healthy eating habits, and sleep better while gaining a better understanding of his or herself as individuals.  By understanding his or her unique constitution, my clients are better able to maintain wellness by identifiying vulnerbilities particular to their constitution and remedying at the initial signs of an imbalance.  

 

I also specialize in Ayurvedic bodywork including Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Marma Point Therapy.
