My name is Arden Lassalle I was born in London, grew up in Los Angeles.
My approach to massage is two fold - one part attentive listening and one part clinical anatomy.
Each session begins with attention paid to the individual; their history, their lifestyle, and their body as it is in the moment. Using my strong foundation in anatomy and movement science, I'll address specific muscles, connective tissues, and fascial systems to work precisely on what is causing discomfort, pain or tension in the body.
Every person is unique and all of their unique elements come together to create a individualized, holistic picture of each person and their specific therapeutic needs.

Rates:
50 min $120 - Relaxing massage/deeper work
90 min $185 - Relaxing massage/deeper work
75 min $150 - Assesment + Targeted work
105 min $200 - Assesment + Targeted work
50 min $200 - Sleep Massage
A clothes on shiasu style massage designed to calm the mind and set the body into a restful state, creating space for you sleep though the night
(Sliding scale available upon request)

Weekends:
10am - 5pm
(Sleep massage until 9:30pm)
Based in LA:
Plus $20 if outside LA
Add $5 for every 5 miles farther
(Exception is Ojai CA, Will be there once a month)
