I'm April Stenen, a certified massage practitioner specializing in Bowen Therapy, a light-touch technique that calms the nervous system and supports natural healing, with over 13 years of experience.

Many clients visit for chronic pain, stress relief, injuries, or simply to maintain flexibility and overall wellness. Sessions are deeply relaxing - some people even drift off to sleep.

I discovered Bowen Therapy after it relieved my own chronic neck and shoulder pain, and I've been passionate about helping others experience that same relief ever since.

• New-Client Session - $85
• 3-Session Intro Package - $215 (save when you start care)
• Regular Session - $75
• Monthly-Maintenance Session - $65 (after 3 monthly sessions)

Please note: the entrance has a couple stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
