I'm a service-oriented massage therapist dedicated to health and wellness. My goal is to help people feel limber, pain-free and relaxed as well as help them to achieve their full potential. My offerings include deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, cupping, Gua sha and spa massages.

As a working, busy athlete, I whole heartedly believe in the importance of nurturing the mind-body connection through internal arts and with the help of bodywork. I believe self-care should be a regular part of every day life, and not a luxury. I will listen to the needs of my clients and provide quality services.
